Recently, Nam Ha, in cooperation with the Elderly Health Care and Consulting Center, organized the event”Guide on Prevention and Treatment of Stroke in the Elderly” at the Headquarters of the Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da district.

The event was attended by more than 200 delegates including the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Executive Committee Members of the Ward Elderly Association and the Head of the Ward Elderly Associations in Dong Da district.

Stroke is a dangerous acute disease that is common in the elderly, with a high risk of death and disability if not detected and treated promptly. Thanks to the event, the elderly can proactively apply stroke prevention methods to protect their health.

At the event, Dr. Do Quoc Phong, MA – Deputy Head of the ICU, Hospital E, lecturer at the VNU University of Medicine and Pharmacy gave advice and guidance on how to recognize, handle, prevent and treat stroke.
