On the morning of June 14, 2024, in Hanoi, Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Attending the meeting were all members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board and representatives of the Company’s shareholders.

The meeting presented and approved reports of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and the Supervisory Board.

Reporting at the meeting, the company’s CEO said that in 2023, Nam Ha encountered numerous difficulties and challenges affecting production and business activities. Regarding these difficulties, thanks to the Board of Directors’ and the Executive Board’s many timely, flexible and effective solutions along with the efforts and solidarity of all employees, Nam Ha basically completed the targets for 2023.

Regarding the results of production and business activities in 2023, total revenue reached VND 1,004 billion, total production output was 628 million product units, and profit after tax was VND 40 billion.

In 2023, Nam Ha was honored to be among the Top 500 largest Vietnamese enterprises, Top 5 prestigious Vietnamese traditional medicine companies, Certified for high quality Vietnamese goods, Top 10 Innovative and Effective Business Enterprises, and many other prestigious awards.

2024 will continue to be a year with many challenges, requiring great efforts from the entire Board of Directors, leaders and employees. The CEO wished Nam Ha to realize its vision and determination to complete its production and business goals.

At the meeting, the Presidium listened to shareholders’ opinions and conducted discussions related to reports. The Board of Directors shared and answered questions in the spirit of ensuring the rights and interests of shareholders. The ultimate goal was towards sustainable development, affirming Nam Ha’s position and brand in the domestic and export markets.

The meeting’s voting session approved all reports with high consensus of shareholders and elected additional members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028.

Immediately after the meeting, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board agreed to implement the contents of the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders and assigned tasks for the Company’s Executive Board.
