Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee solemnly held the Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term and the 2023 Labor Conference on the afternoon of June 2nd, 2023.

Attending and directing the Congress were representatives from the Health Industry Union of Nam Dinh province, the authorities of Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Nam Ha Pharma), as well as representatives of the Executive Committee of the Company’s Trade Union and representatives of nearly 1,000 employees of the company.

The Trade Union Congress is an important event of Nam Ha Pharma’s trade union activities. At the Congress, delegates listened to the report from the Executive Committee of the Trade Union on the outstanding results in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees; promoting propaganda activities of the Vietnamese Communist Party’s guidelines, laws of the State and the superior trade union; mobilizing labor union members to work in an innovative, creative, and efficient way, etc., which contributes to building a strong trade union and company.

Along with that, the delegates discussed and commented on the proposals and decided on the direction of tasks for the term 2023-2028, as well as calling on all trade union members and employees to promote the strength of solidarity, seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, and raise the awareness of organizing,  taking responsibility, creating initiative. The Congress also wisely selected and elected members for the new Executive Committee of the Trade Union, who were guaranteed to meet all the criteria of education, profession, work capacity, enthusiasm, and dedication to the development of the Trade union.

Defining the Trade Union as the organization that protects the rights and represents the voice of the employees, in the new term, Nam Ha Pharma’s Trade Union will continue to strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the State schemes, policies and the company’s internal rules and regulations to ensure the effective performance of such policies and schemes for employees, as well as continuing to promote the implementation of welfare programs, and always listening to the voices, thoughts and aspirations of employees. It can be said that all activities of the Executive Committee of Nam Ha Pharma’s Trade Union must originate from the demands to solve the urgent problems that the employees of the company are in need of.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ha Linh – on behalf of Nam Ha Pharma’s Administrative Council, shared about the vision and development orientation of the company in the coming time. The company’s leader highly appreciated the role of the Trade Union in recent years and wished that the employees working at Nam Ha Pharma would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and enthusiasm, have more production initiatives to contribute to the development of the company, thereby helping the Trade Union to have better conditions in taking care of and improving the quality of material and spiritual life for the union’s members and employees of Nam Ha Pharma.

With the right schemes and goals of always honoring and putting employees as the center in all decisions, the Executive Board of Nam Ha Pharma’s Trade Union has won the trust of its members and is an extended arm of the company’s authority in the mission of realizing the vision of becoming a pharmaceutical company with products and services that effectively contribute to the health care of the community and the common prosperity of the country.
