From August 19th to August 22nd, 2023, the members of Nam Ha Pharma’s great family together created wonderful and memorable moments in the summer trip of 2023 with the theme “Connecting strength – Connecting success” in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province.

The summer tour 2023 is an activity towards the 63rd anniversary of Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (September 6th, 1960 – September 6th, 2023). The company staffs from all three regions of Vietnam had the opportunity to gather together and review the memories of the company’s development journey with many great changes in its stature and position.

In addition to the purpose of motivating and encouraging staff morale, Nam Ha Pharma leaders hoped this occasion would enhance the spirit of solidarity and commitment among employees between the company’s departments, and at the same time, show gratitude for the efforts and struggles of  the company’s employees who have devoted themselves to overcome difficulties and challenges together on the path of Nam Ha Pharma’s development.

During the trip, everyone had wonderful moments of relaxation and forgot all the worries and pressures of daily life and work. This is clearly shown on each participant’s face, eyes, and smile. All of them were happy, excited, and devoted to the cohesive activity schedule.

Of all the impression throughout 4 days and 3 nights in Ha Long city, it is impossible to ignore the team building activity. When divided into teams, although having never had the opportunity to work together, everyone combined very well in with teammates to accomplish goals and tasks in the fastest and most professional way. This is also one of the proud traditional of Nam Ha Pharma.

In the 2023 summer travel program, Nam Ha Pharma also organized an internal training conference named “Joining hands – Accelerating tomorrow” with the goal of enhancing product knowledge and sales skills for the pharmaceutical teams and pellets. This was one of the useful activities that helps employees develop themselves and make the company stronger every day.

And the Dinner Gala was probably a special night full of emotions and meaning for members of Nam Ha Pharma, when all employees shared the joy in a cozy party after endless efforts. Also at the event, Nam Ha Pharma’s leader solemnly celebrated the company’s 63rd anniversary. Throughout the development journey, the company’s leader has always steadfastly pursued the set vision and mission and been proud of the company’s core values, which have shaped the spirit of Nam Ha Pharmaceuticals for 63 years.

The trip brought many beautiful impressions about the people and natural scenery in Ha Long, and was truly a great encouragement for the employees to be more confident in their work and a solid foundation for Nam Ha Pharmaceutical to reach further.
