On November 28, 2025, when the roads in Tay Hoa Commune (Dak Lak Province) were still covered in mud and marked by the aftermath of the recent floods, Nam Ha Pharma’s volunteer team arrived, bringing relief packages and heartfelt support to local residents, customers, and Nam Ha Pharma employees living in the area.

During the relief journey, the volunteer team visited Phuoc Nong Village and Phu Thuan Village – where many households are still working hard to recover from the flood damage. At these locations, Nam Ha Pharma closely coordinated with Phu Loi Pharmacy, Thu Tuyet Pharmacy, and the regional Medical Representative team to identify families in difficult circumstances, those who suffered severe losses and were in need of timely assistance.

A total of more than 300 relief packages were delivered directly to local residents, customers, and Nam Ha Pharma staff in Tay Hoa Commune.
