The Red Star Awards – Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Vietnam is organized every three years by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation, and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.

The award recognizes exceptional young entrepreneurs who have achieved outstanding business performance while making meaningful contributions to socio-economic development and the community.

Surpassing more than 300 excellent nominations, Mr. Ha Linh – CEO of Nam Ha Pharma – officially entered the TOP 100 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Vietnam 2025, the most prestigious national title for the new generation of Vietnamese business leaders.
