Each 4.7g effervescent tablet includes: 500mg of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid); 350mg of Magnesium carbonate; 250mg of Calcium carbonate; 70mg of Zinc Gluconate; 15mg of Vitamin B3; 10mg of Vitamin B1; 10mg of Vitamin B6; 4mg of Vitamin B2; 90.4mg of Vitamin B; 0.15mg of Vitamin H (biotin); 10mcg of Vitamin B12. Medicinal ingredients and artificial orange flavor.

Indications, Usage & Dosage
Take 1 effervescent tablet per day.
How to drink: Should be taken after breakfast or lunch. Dissolve the effervescent tablet completely in a 200ml glass of water before drinking. Only use the product within 1 month from the opening date.

Preservation
Store in dry places, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. Close the cap tightly immediately after use.
